Trinity Hall Dining is our largest dining facility, which offers more than your average cafeteria food! Located on the main level of Trinity Hall, the Dining Room always has an extensive, fresh salad bar, varied home-style meals, in-house made pizza, ice cream and more!

Week 1 (10/6): Chaat Indian Bowls - North Indian-Inspired Cuisine packed with flavor and spice! Potato or Rice Bowls with favorites like Pakoras, Garam Masala Chicken, and Tamarind Chutney.
Week 2 (10/13): Za’atar Hummus Bar - Enjoy a Hummus or Quinoa Bowl topped with classics such as Shwarma or Gyro Beef, Feta Cheese, Cucumber, and more. Taste the refreshing flavors of the Mediterranian!
Week 3 (10/20): Get Real Wellness Bowls - Get your West Coast on with protein kick — Rice or Mac and topped with a Grilled Chicken Thigh or BBQ Pulled Pork. Features our beloved Raspberry BBQ sauce!
Week 4 (10/27): Dashi Noodle Bar - This Japanese-inspired noodle soup bar elevates your typical Ramen affair with bases like Spicy Ginger Beef Broth and Lemongrass Chicken Broth. Finish off with favorites like Bamboo Shoots and Garlic Chili Oil!
Week 5 (11/3): Mani Mogo Korean Bowls - Inspired by the flavors of Seoul Street Food, make a Rice Bowl with Beef Bulgogi or Sesame Garlic Chicken, and top off with favorites like the Gochujang Mayo and the classic staple: Kimchi!
The Global Bowls cart is located in the lower levels of Achatz Hall of Science in the student lounge area. Offering up a new bowl every week from all corners of the Globe. Explore and expand your palette with us, in the form of a delicious lunch!
